Preparation
1 | Mix 6 tbsp of Tahini, 3 tbsp of water, 1 tsp of lemon juice, 1 crushed clove of garlic, salt and pepper. |
2 | Add water to desired consistency. |
3 | Grate the cabbage and 5 carrots, mix with the dressing and refine with orange juice. |
