Coleslaw salad with Tahini

Ingredients

deli dip Tahin
Garlic
Water
Lemon juice
Salt, pepper
Orange juice
White cabbage
Carrots

Preparation

Mix 6 tbsp of Tahini, 3 tbsp of water, 1 tsp of lemon juice, 1 crushed clove of garlic, salt and pepper.

Add water to desired consistency.

Grate the cabbage and 5 carrots, mix with the dressing and refine with orange juice.
