Preparation
1 | Chop the garlic very finely and mix it with olive oil and salt to form a coarse paste. |
2 | Spread your garlic paste inside the loaves and place them in the oven at 180°C until they are nice and crispy. |
3 | Cute them into triangles and serve with deli dip Baba Ganoush. |
