Preparation
1 | Stuff the chicken with half a lemon and 2 cloves of garlic. |
2 | Rub the chicken well with olive oil and sprinkle generously with Zahtar. |
3 | Salt |
4 | At 180°C in the oven for about 1 hour (depending on the size of the chicken) and regularly pour over it with its own juice. |
