1 cucumber |

Olive oil |

Preparation
1 | Wash the tomato, cucumber and spring onion and cut them into small pieces. |
2 | Put the deli dip hummus in a bowl. |
3 | Slowly pour olive oil over the hummus, then stir it in with the back of a spoon. |
4 | Add the vegetables and season with salt and pepper to your taste. Add fresh basil leaves. |
