Fish fillets (preferably cold) |
Rice flour |
Olive oil |
Lemon juice |
Sun-dried tomatoes |
Salt, pepper |
Preparation
1 | Roll the fish fillets in rice flour and season with salt. |
2 | Heat olive oil and fry for a few minutes on the skin side and turn. |
3 | Then heat the hummus in a saucepan. |
4 | Arrange the hummus in the form of a hollow and place the fish on top. |
5 | Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and serve with sun-dried tomatoes. |
