Hummus with Fish

Ingredients

Fish fillets (preferably cold)
Rice flour
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Sun-dried tomatoes
Salt, pepper

Preparation

Roll the fish fillets in rice flour and season with salt.

Heat olive oil and fry for a few minutes on the skin side and turn.

Then heat the hummus in a saucepan.

Arrange the hummus in the form of a hollow and place the fish on top.

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and serve with sun-dried tomatoes.
