Hummus with minced meat or meat substitutes

Ingredients

500g minced meat (or meat substitutes)
Onions
Olive oil
Cinnamon
Cumin
Ground coriander
Salt, pepper
Roasted pine nuts
Fresh parsley

Preparation

Heat olive oil, finely chop 1 onion and sauté until translucent.

Add the meat or meat substitutes and season with 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp ground coriander, salt and pepper.

Arrange the hummus in the form of a hollow, place the minced meat in the center and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and fresh parsley.
