Preparation
1 | Heat olive oil, finely chop 1 onion and sauté until translucent. |
2 | Add the meat or meat substitutes and season with 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp ground coriander, salt and pepper. |
3 | Arrange the hummus in the form of a hollow, place the minced meat in the center and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and fresh parsley. |
