1 Cauliflower |
1 Lemon |
Oil |
Salt, Pepper |
deli dip Baba Ganoush |
Preparation
1 | Wash cauliflower and cut into pieces. |
2 | Mix in a bowl well with oil, salt, pepper and the juice of a whole lemon. |
3 | Heat a pan on the stove and add the marinated pieces of cauliflower. |
4 | Fry for 3 minutes with the pan open, then fry on medium heat for 25 minutes with lid. |
5 | Drizzle prepared cauliflower with Baba Ganoush and serve. |
