It’s finally here again. There are fresh vegetables again and the days are getting warmer. Perfect conditions for a light salad.
The simplest spring recipe with deli dip!
Ingredients
6 Cherrytomatoes |
1/2 Cucumber |
1 red Pepper |
1 bunch of Parsley |
1 Iceberg Lettuce |
1 deli dip Labané |
Oil, Salt, Pepper |
Preparation
1 | Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers and place in a bowl. |
2 | Chop the parsley and add it to the vegetables. |
3 | Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut it into small leaves. |
4 | Mix the salad with the vegetables. |
5 | Put 2 tablespoons of Labané in the bowl. |
6 | Marinate the salad with salt, pepper and oil. Serve and enjoy. |
