A few friends look for a jump over? This little oriental dish is ideal. Whether with a fruity lemonade or a glass of wine, Tahina with oriental beans is always really good.
Ingredients
1 Can Kidney Beans |
1 Bunch Parsley |
3 Tomatoes |
1 Lemon |
Olive oil |
Pita bread |
Salt, Pepper |
Preparation
1 | Put the pita bread in the oven for 5 minutes until it gets warm. |
2 | Wash the parsley and finely chop it. |
3 | Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. |
4 | Mix the kidney beans, tomatoes and parsley in a bowl. |
5 | Season with olive oil, salt and pepper and the juice of a lemon. |
6 | Take the Tahina and add 3 tablespoons to the beans. |
7 | Serve the beans with the bread! |
