Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

deli dip Tahini
Water
Lemon juice
Garlic
Salt, pepper

Preparation

Mix 4 tbsp of tahini, 3 tbsp of water, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 crushed garlic clove, salt, pepper.

Add water to desired consistency.

Pour into a jar and store in the fridge.

The dressing can be stored up to 1 week.

Stir before use and dilute slightly if necessary.
