Preparation
1 | Mix 4 tbsp of tahini, 3 tbsp of water, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 crushed garlic clove, salt, pepper. |
2 | Add water to desired consistency. |
3 | Pour into a jar and store in the fridge. |
4 | The dressing can be stored up to 1 week. |
5 | Stir before use and dilute slightly if necessary. |
