Preparation
1 | In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp of tahini with 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 2 tbsp of water, 1 crushed garlic clove and salt. |
2 | Pour onto steamed or roasted vegetables (e.g., chard, pumpkin or lentils) and sprinkle with deli dip Zahtar. |
