Ingredients

Spring onion |
Olive oil |
Soy sauce |
Water |
Preparation
1 | Fry the finely chopped spring onions lightly in 2 tbsp of oil, deglaze with 2 tbsp of soy sauce. |
2 | Remove from the heat and stir in 3 tbsp of tahini. |
3 | If necessary, add warm water for desired consistency. |
4 | Tahini-soy sauce goes very well with steamed green beans. |
