Tahini-soy sauce for vegetables

Ingredients

deli dip Tahini
Spring onion
Olive oil
Soy sauce
Water

Preparation

Fry the finely chopped spring onions lightly in 2 tbsp of oil, deglaze with 2 tbsp of soy sauce.

Remove from the heat and stir in 3 tbsp of tahini.

If necessary, add warm water for desired consistency.

Tahini-soy sauce goes very well with steamed green beans.
