Vegetarian burritos that are quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
1 Pack Tortillas |
1 Can Kidney Beans |
1 Can Sweet Corn |
1 Iceberg Lettuce |
1 Yoghurt |
4 big Tomatoes |
1 Cucumber |
2 deli dip Guacamole |
Preparation
1 | Preheat the oven and bake the tortilla bread for 5 minutes in the oven. |
2 | Wash tomatoes and cucumbers and cut into small pieces. |
3 | Wash and cut iceberg lettuce. |
4 | Put tortilla on a plate and fill with all the vegetables and salad. |
5 | Add yoghurt and guacamole. |
6 | Enjoy! |
