Baba Ganoush
A dip with lots of personality due to its smoky flavor based on roasted Aubergine and nutty Tahina.
Let’s hear it for the aubergine
Baba ganoush is often served as a dip or an accompaniment to grilled dishes and falafel. It’s also great with bread, all sorts of snacks and stews.
Aubergine is 90% water making it very low in calories. It contains B vitamins and folic acid and is rich in minerals such as potassium.
Our Baba Ganoush
Grilled aubergine gives baba ganoush its distinctive smokey aroma, while tahini sesame paste adds a delicate nutty note and creamy texture. Our dip’s rich flavours are accentuated by salt and pepper and refined with lemon juice and garlic.
