A passion for healthy food.

Fanny Schreiber only wanted to serve her two sons the healthiest food - and she wanted it to be quick. This is how she discovered her passion for hummus and Tahina, and what began as a mother's love developed into a business idea. Together with Hannes Winkelbauer, his expertise in sales and her culinary flair, the idea of founding delidip and producing oriental specialties herself was born.

It always has to taste homemade.

"It's important that it tastes like home," explains the passionate delidip founder. As the daughter of two Parisian restaurateurs, she knew from an early age how important high-quality ingredients are for the perfect recipe. That's why delidip's authentic dips taste just like those from Fanny's kitchen, made with passion. This is also our high standard, and with Dror as head of production, who shares our love of hummus and healthy, oriental cuisine, we are able to fulfill it.

As we grow, so does our responsibility.

To ensure that our Products always have the highest quality Ingredients , we only use the best ingredients. But fair working conditions and the environmentally friendly use of resources are also important to us. After all, it's not just the end result of our dips that should taste good, but also the way in which we produce them.

Our values

Since our foundation, Ingredients, sustainability and social responsibility have been at the heart of everything we do.

Our hummus is made according to an authentic original recipe and impresses with its exceptionally creamy texture. We are particularly proud of our sustainable production: the roof of our production facility is already equipped with solar panels, and by 2025 the entire roof area will be fitted with them. We reuse the oil in which our Falafel is fried to heat our office. Our packaging is fully recyclable and helps to reduce our ecological footprint.

Thanks to our production process, we can recycle 100% of all ingredients so that no waste is produced. We also take care to keep the list of ingredients deliberately small and prefer raw materials from Europe in order to reduce transportation routes.

We also attach great importance to social responsibility: through fair working conditions and partnerships with local producers, we strengthen our community and support the preservation of traditional farming methods.
