Our Falafel
Falafel is an ancient dish dating back to biblical times. It has its origins in the Middle East, but it is no longer possible to tell where exactly, since it has always been such an integral part of so many different food cultures. Traditionally falafel is served in pita bread together with houmous, tahini and lettuce, or just dipped into tahini to make a delicious vitamin-packed snack.
