Ingredients

  • Garlic

  • Lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Mix 6 tbsp Tahin, 3 tbsp water, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 crushed garlic clove, salt and pepper.
  2. Add water to achieve the desired consistency.
  3. Refine the vegan coleslaw salad made from grated white cabbage and carrots with orange juice!
