Fish with Coriander

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets
  • Coriander paste from deli dip
  • Tahin
  • 1-2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 lemon

Preparation

  1. Heat the Olive oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets for a few minutes , turning them.
  2. Mix the Coriander with a little lemon juice and spread a thin layer over the fish.
  3. Sprinkle with Tahin and serve.
