Fish with Coriander

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets
  • Coriander from deli dip
  • Tahin
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 lemon

Preparation

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the fillets for a few minutes, turning them over.
  2. Mix the Coriander with a little lemon juice and spread a thin layer over the fish.
  3. Sprinkle with Tahin and serve.
