Fish with Coriander

Ingredients
- Fish fillets
- Coriander from deli dip
- Tahin
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 lemon
Preparation
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the fillets for a few minutes, turning them over.
- Mix the Coriander with a little lemon juice and spread a thin layer over the fish.
- Sprinkle with Tahin and serve.
