Fish with Coriander

Ingredients
- Fish fillets
- Coriander paste from deli dip
- Tahin
- 1-2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 lemon
Preparation
- Heat the Olive oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets for a few minutes , turning them.
- Mix the Coriander with a little lemon juice and spread a thin layer over the fish.
- Sprinkle with Tahin and serve.
