Hummus with minced meat or meat substitute

Ingredients

  • deli dip hummus
  • 500 g minced meat (or meat substitute)
  • Onion
  • Olive oil
  • Cinnamon
  • Cumin
  • Ground Coriander
  • Salt, pepper
  • Roasted pine nuts
  • Fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. Heat the olive oil, finely chop 1 onion and fry until translucent.
  2. Add 500 g mince and season with 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon, 1⁄2 tsp cumin, 1⁄2 tsp ground Coriander, salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the hummus in a dish, place the mince in the middle and sprinkle with roasted pine nuts and fresh parsley.
