Hummus with minced meat or meat substitute

Ingredients
- deli dip hummus
- 500 g (or meat substitute)
- Onion
- Olive oil
- Cinnamon
- Cumin
- Ground Coriander
- Salt, Pepper
- Roasted pine nuts
- Fresh parsley
Preparation
- Heat the Olive oil , finely chop 1 Onion and fry until translucent.
- Add 500 g minced meat and season with 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon, 1⁄2 tsp cumin, 1⁄2 tsp ground coriander, salt and pepper.
- Spread the hummus on a plate, arrange the meat on top and sprinkle with roasted pine nuts and fresh parsley.
