Hummus with minced meat or meat substitute

Ingredients
- deli dip hummus
- 500 g minced meat (or meat substitute)
- Onion
- Olive oil
- Cinnamon
- Cumin
- Ground Coriander
- Salt, pepper
- Roasted pine nuts
- Fresh parsley
Preparation
- Heat the olive oil, finely chop 1 onion and fry until translucent.
- Add 500 g mince and season with 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon, 1⁄2 tsp cumin, 1⁄2 tsp ground Coriander, salt and pepper.
- Arrange the hummus in a dish, place the mince in the middle and sprinkle with roasted pine nuts and fresh parsley.
