Hummus with minced meat or meat substitute

Ingredients
250g deli dip Hummus
500g mince (or meat substitute)
1 onion
Olive oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
Toasted pine nuts
Fresh parsley
Preparation
1. Heat the olive oil, finely chop the onion and fry until translucent.
2. Add the mince and season with cinnamon, cumin, ground coriander, salt and pepper .
3. Spread the Hummus on a plate, place the minced meat in the middle and sprinkle with roasted pine nuts and fresh parsley.
