Hummus with fish

Ingredients

  • deli dip hummus
  • Fish fillets (preferably cod)
  • Rice flour
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Dried tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Roll the fish fillets (preferably cod) in rice flour and season with salt.
  2. Heat the olive oil and fry for a few minutes on the skin side, turning.
  3. Then heat the hummus in a pan.
  4. Arrange the hummus in a well and place the fish on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and serve with sun-dried tomatoes.
