Hummus with fish

Ingredients
- deli dip hummus
- Fish fillets (preferably cod)
- Rice flour
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Dried tomatoes
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
- Roll the fish fillets (preferably cod) in rice flour and season with salt.
- Heat the olive oil and fry for a few minutes on the skin side, turning.
- Then heat the hummus in a pan.
- Arrange the hummus in a well and place the fish on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and serve with sun-dried tomatoes.
