Hummus with fish

Ingredients
- deli dip hummus
- Fish fillets (preferably cod)
- Rice flour
- Olive oil
- lemon juice
- Dried tomatoes
- Salt, Pepper
Preparation
- Roll the fish fillets (preferably cod) in rice flour and season with salt.
- Heat the Olive oil and fry on the skin side for a few minutes , turning.
- Then heat the hummus in a pan.
- Arrange the hummus in a well and place the fish on top.
- Drizzle with Olive oil and lemon juice , season with Salt and Pepper and serve with sun-dried tomatoes.
