Hummus with fish

Ingredients
deli dip Hummus
Fish fillets (preferably cod)
Rice flour
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Dried tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Preparation
1. roll the fish fillets (preferably cod) in rice flour and salt.
2. heat the Olive oil and fry on the skin side for a few minutes , turning.
3 Then heat the hummus in a pan.
4 Arrange the hummus in the shape of a well and place the fish on top.
5 Drizzle with Olive oil and lemon juice , season with Salt and Pepper and serve with sun-dried tomatoes.
