Hummus with fish

Ingredients
250g deli dip Hummus
4 Kabeljaufilets (gewaschen)
4 EL Mehl
Tomato sauce
4–6 tomatoes
1/2 jar of sun-dried tomatoes
1 onion
1 garlic clove
Basil
Lemon
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Preparation
1. Fry the crushed garlic clove and diced onion with olive oil.
2. Add the chopped basil and diced tomatoes, season well and leave to simmer.
3. Coat the fish fillets in flour and fry in olive oil until golden brown.
4. Spread the Hummus on a plate, top with tomato sauce and fish, and refine with lemon juice .
