Hummus with roasted onions

Ingredients

250g deli dip hummus
2 onions
Cane sugar
Balsamic vinegar
Coconut oil
Parsley or Coriander
Salt Pepper

Preparation

1. Chop the onions into small pieces.

2. Fry the onions in a little sugar and coconut oil until golden brown.

3. Deglaze with a little balsamic vinegar and Salt with Salt .

4. Spread the hummus on a plate and scatter the onions on top.

5. Coriander with parsley or Coriander
