Hummus with sautéed mushrooms

Ingredients
- deli dip hummus
- 200g quartered mushrooms
- Olive oil
- Garlic clove
- Salt, Pepper
- fresh parsley
Preparation
- Heat the Olive oil , grate 1 Garlic clove , add 200g quartered mushrooms and fry.
- Season with Salt and Pepper .
- Serve the hummus, place the mushrooms in the middle and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
