Hummus with sautéed mushrooms

Ingredients

  • deli dip hummus
  • 200g quartered mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic clove
  • Salt, pepper
  • fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. Heat the olive oil, grate 1 clove of garlic, add 200g of quartered mushrooms and fry.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve the hummus, place the mushrooms in the middle and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
