Hummus with sautéed mushrooms

Ingredients
- deli dip hummus
- 200g quartered mushrooms
- Olive oil
- Garlic clove
- Salt, pepper
- fresh parsley
Preparation
- Heat the olive oil, grate 1 clove of garlic, add 200g of quartered mushrooms and fry.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the hummus, place the mushrooms in the middle and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
