Hummus with sautéed mushrooms

Ingredients

  • deli dip hummus
  • 200g quartered mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic clove
  • Salt, Pepper
  • fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. Heat the Olive oil , grate 1 Garlic clove , add 200g quartered mushrooms and fry.
  2. Season with Salt and Pepper .
  3. Serve the hummus, place the mushrooms in the middle and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
