Hummus salad

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 spring onion
  • deli dip Hummus classic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Basil

Preparation

  1. Wash the tomatoes, cucumber and spring onion and cut into small pieces.
  2. Add the deli dip Hummus classic to the bowl.
  3. Slowly pour the Olive oil over the hummus and then stir in with the back of a spoon.
  4. Add the vegetables and season with Salt and Pepper to taste. Then add the fresh basil leaves.
