Tahin dressing

Ingredients
- deli dip Tahin
- Water
- Lemon juice
- Garlic
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
- Mix 4 tbsp Tahin, 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 crushed garlic clove, salt and pepper.
- Add water to achieve the desired consistency.
- Pour into a screw-top jar and store in the fridge.
- The dressing will keep for up to 1 week.
- Stir before use and dilute slightly if necessary.
