Tahin dressing

Ingredients

  • deli dip Tahin
  • water
  • lemon juice
  • garlic
  • Salt, Pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix 4 tbsp Tahin, 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 crushed garlic clove, salt and pepper.
  2. Add water for the desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a screw-top jar and store in the fridge.
  4. The dressing will keep for up to 1 week.
  5. Stir before use and dilute slightly if necessary.
