Tahini dressing

Ingredients
4 tbsp deli dip Tahin
3 tablespoons water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 crushed garlic
Salt and pepper
Preparation
1. mix Tahin, water, lemon juice, Garlic clove, Salt and Pepper.
2. add water for the desired consistency.
3. pour into a screw-top jar and store in the fridge.
4 The dressing will keep for up to 1 week.
5 Stir before use and dilute slightly if necessary.
