Our Falafel
Falafel is made from Chickpeas, one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world. It first appeared in Anatolia. From there it spread from the entire Mediterranean region to Africa and Asia. According to archaeologists, it has been cultivated since around 7000 BC. Chickpeas contain Fibers and resistant starch, which are beneficial for intestinal health and are also rich in plantbased protein, vitamins and minerals, but low in fat and cholesterol. Chickpeas provide a long-lasting feeling of satiety.
