Grilled chicken with za'atar

Ingredients
deli dip Za'atar
1 whole chicken
Lemon
2 garlic cloves
olive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation
1. stuff the chicken with half a lemon and 2 cloves of garlic
2 Rub the chicken well with Olive oil , sprinkle generously with Zahtar and season with salt.
4 Bake at 180° C for approx. 1 hour (depending on the size of the chicken), basting regularly with the chicken's own juices.
